During those isolated moments of your daily life, those small gaps where you have a few seconds to disidentify yourself from the script of life, stop and imagine that you have a tasty fruit in your mouth; relax your lips sensually, open your mouth slightly, let go of your jaws, play with your tongue caressing your teeth and palate.
By relaxing the tongue and jaws automatically the importance you are unconsciously giving to your thoughts dissipates, the vocal chords, the thyroid and neck vertebrae relax, and with them the pericardium that envelops the heart. In addition, the pelvic floor opens up and you automatically drop from your head into the present.
Try it whenever you remember and enjoy a moment of sensual presence!
