The feminine embodies love, and as such, it is an innate calling within every woman to understand this essence and what it means to live centred in the heart. The sacred space of the heart is not something we need to learn. We simply need to remember what is already innate within us and find our way through the tangle of emotions and wounds acquired through our experiences with the masculine, returning to that space which has always been our consciousness of love.
Emotions arise in polarity. They are ever-changing, powerful, and capable of colouring our awareness so intensely that they can make us their prisoners. Love, on the other hand, is a constant state. When you recognise it within yourself, you become free once again, reclaiming the dignity that allows the radiance of your intrinsic beauty to remain undimmed under any circumstance, even in the presence of pain.
In this way, you cease to be a victim of romantic longing and emotional dependency on the masculine. Instead, you learn to love in freedom and to inspire the masculine to love with spirit, integrity, and presence.

My search led me to Tantra at the age of 18. While studying Philosophy and Oriental Studies, I came across a book by the mystic Osho and left everything behind to be close to the teacher who taught me how to die, and yet remain blissfully alive, fully enjoying life in all its expressions.
Beyond his talks, I had the opportunity to spend eight years participating in Tantra and therapy groups where the work was entirely experiential, allowing knowledge to be integrated at a physical, emotional, and mental level, all of it crowned by meditation.
Gestalt therapy, bioenergetics, breathwork, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, Tantra, meditations from various mystical traditions, Jungian work, sexual therapy, and many other approaches became part of my training. Through them, I learned how to create and hold the space I now wish to share: the complete presence of the mind in the here and now, the relaxation of the heart, and a deep trust in what is.
