Who Am I?

A 9-Part Intensive Journey into Emotional Awareness, Conscious Sexuality, and Tantra

Who Am I?

TRAINING PROGRAM IN EMOTIONAL AWARENESS, CONSCIOUS SEXUALITY AND TANTRA

“It is said that Shakti, the energy required to create all things in the universe, the Goddess herself, lies coiled asleep at the base of your spine. She moves within the realm of manifestation as mother and nurturer, responding to the needs and commands of Brahma, the Creator. Brahma guides her, and she unfolds her infinite energy so that the manifested world may continue to exist. One day, weary from endless demands, she asks herself: ‘Who am I?’ And in that tiny space between the question and the answer, Shiva appeared before her. Shiva, the destroyer of all illusion, pure consciousness itself, empty and yet holding all things, rooted in the eternal present that dwells at the crown of your head, upon Mount Kailash. In that moment, as though a flash of lightning had illuminated everything, she uncoiled and rose to meet him through the spine, opening the heart completely. She surrendered to the dance of existence for the pure joy of being witnessed by Him and dissolving into His embrace.”
This story speaks of the bliss that arises when you return to the experience of inner unity. According to the Tantric understanding, all problems, fears, and unhappiness in our relationships stem from the feeling that we are somehow incomplete and are seeking others to fulfil the parts of ourselves we have not yet realised. When you discover that this union can take place within you, through the embrace of your masculine and feminine energies, you come home. You have fulfilled your deepest purpose. Tantra’s contribution is to expand our vision of the human being, seeing us as a continuous flow of energy moving between the earth and the cosmos. We live unaware of who we truly are until, at some point in our lives, a longing awakens within us and we begin the journey of self-awareness and conscious awakening.
Our attention and energy, so often invested in the world and the people around us, gradually begin to turn inward. You start witnessing yourself instead of performing. You begin observing yourself rather than judging yourself. By observing your sexuality and your capacity for intimacy, you begin to see whether your heart is open, whether your creativity is flowing, how you understand and navigate your emotions, how you relate to life, and ultimately, who is the being living within this form. When your consciousness and your energy meet in the present moment, like Shiva and Shakti, great Bliss awakens within you, held by great Peace. When the natural flow of your energy unfolds within the embrace of presence, you embody what you came here to embody, and you are at peace with it.

In the eternal silence of my heart, I am the lover and I am the beloved; and within that embrace, I dissolve... time and space disappear...

program

This process is divided into 9 gatherings, and the order of the themes may vary depending on the evolution and needs of the group.

Some of you will participate in the full journey consecutively, while others may attend according to your availability, provided that spaces remain available, as priority is given to those committed to the complete cycle.

For those who feel called to share this work through classes, workshops, courses, or individual sessions, we have created an additional training module that takes place upon completion of the entire program. This advanced training is shared with participants from other groups and editions of the course.

The Meeting of Shiva and Shakti: Consciousness and Energy

Tantra teaches that sexual energy is the fundamental life force through which life perpetuates itself. Therefore, this energy must be transformed into something higher. This is a profound truth. Yet such transformation can only occur when meditation is the essential foundation. Human sexuality is so powerful and often so unconscious that, without meditation, its transformation is impossible. In the absence of awareness, Tantra can easily become nothing more than sexual indulgence disguised as spiritual practice. Without meditation, this is what it is destined to become.
Meditation is the primary focus. It comes first because meditation itself is the fundamental requirement for the transformation of energy. Therefore, although Tantra is a path toward truth, it must be approached correctly. Unless meditation takes first place, Tantra can become a justification for all kinds of distortions. Under the banner of such a sacred name, people may convince themselves that they are doing something good, religious, or spiritual, while remaining disconnected from the true essence of the path.
  • Laying the foundations for the Tantric path.
  • Meditation as the starting point for the journey into Tantra.
  • The origins and teachings of Shaivite Tantra.
  • The relationship between consciousness and energy: wherever Shiva goes, Shakti follows.
  • Being before doing.
  • Your body as your temple: reclaiming groundedness, beauty, respect, and naturalness.
  • Celebrating your incarnation and welcoming yourself into life: conception and birth… the descent into form. Shiva hides behind Shakti.

There is no area of human experience that has been burdened with more judgement, guilt, and shame than intimacy, both sexual and emotional. For this reason, we begin our journey through the seven chakras by bringing awareness to the first and second chakras through emotional consciousness. This module is designed to help you understand the origins of the emotional wounds you have carried since childhood, when the unconscious relational patterns that still shape your life were first formed. These patterns often emerge as ways of avoiding true intimacy, both with yourself and with life itself. Together, we will explore the belief systems that have restricted the free flow of your inner fire and your capacity to love.
  • It provides the understanding and resources needed to accept and make sense of the feelings that arise when relating to both the group and individual participants.
  • It supports us in staying present when emotions feel painful or overwhelming, allowing us to grow, develop our potential, and create more conscious, creative, and fulfilling ways of relating, both with ourselves and with others.
  • It offers practical tools to feel and embrace your wounds, whether they are linked to shame, abandonment, invasion of boundaries, or other experiences, and to take responsibility for them through acceptance and love. This phase helps you return to yourself, creating the foundation needed to open to deeper intimacy with others and with life.
“Within your body there is a subtle current of electricity, very subtle. The subtler it becomes, the deeper it flows, and the more profoundly transformative and powerful it is, atomic in nature. It moves through the seven centres, chakras, or glands spoken of in Yoga and Tantra for centuries. In reality, they are knots within your electromagnetic current that can be restored through deep union. Two lovers can be profoundly transformed through the meeting of their seven centres…” Osho
  • Liberating Shakti.
  • Opening and expanding the body as a channel for the free flow of energy.
  • Freeing ourselves from the past: recognising and releasing the primary blocks and muscular armouring that prevent the natural flow of vital, sexual, emotional, and creative energy.
  • Shakti Emerges: breath, sound, and movement as the foundation for expanding energy. Shakti, the life force itself, rides upon the breath, sound, and movement in order to express and expand freely.
  • Opening to the ecstatic body of Spanda: experiencing the free movement of energy through the chakras and major glands of the body, and exploring the unique quality of energy within each centre.
  • The ascent of energy through the chakras: understanding the energetic bodies, the emotions, and the different expressions of sexuality associated with each centre.
  • Opening the heart so that love may flow: the heartbeat is what gives life to the entire body. The pulse of love is the foundation of a vital and sensual body. It is the drop of water in which the entire ocean is reflected.

Feeling, Expanding, and Circulating Energy

“When the two electromagnetic poles of man and woman meet, where in the man the upper part is negative and the lower part positive, and in the woman the lower part is negative and the upper part positive, a circle is created. This circle is ecstatic. It is not something ordinary or common in your sexual relationships, which is why there is so much attraction to sex and so much frustration as well. This feeling and circulation of energy can only happen in a relaxed organism, free of tension, completely open, without fear or resistance, without haste or preconceived ideas. Then surrender becomes so complete that the electrical currents can meet, merge, and become a circle of energy.” Osho
  • Discovering your innate capacity for ecstasy and sharing this state with the opposite polarity and with life itself.
  • Understanding regenerative and nourishing sexuality, a sexuality that circulates throughout the entire body and awakens love and creativity rather than passion, codependency, and attachment.
  • Understanding the dance of intimacy: fusion and individuation. The stages of sexual and emotional development from childhood to adulthood.
  • Fire, passion, and vulnerability; tenderness: two essential movements of intimacy.
  • Releasing the diaphragm and expanding the breath in order to unite sexuality with the heart, earth with sky, and passion with compassion.
  • Healing emotional and sexual wounds: moving from armour to essence, from shame to dignity and love.
  • Understanding the electromagnetic poles: the dance of masculine and feminine polarities as expressed through the body.
  • Circle of Light: the Microcosmic Orbit, circulating sexual energy through the chakras, allowing it to expand from the sexual centre to the heart and beyond.
“When you are attuned to your inner woman and inner man, suddenly you become attuned to others as well. Your inner conflict disappears, and with it, the outer conflict. The outer is only a shadow of the inner. Love is the feminine part within you, and consciousness is the masculine. Both must meet and merge into one another. If a person only knows how to love but lacks awareness, they remain only half complete. If a person knows how to be aware but does not know how to love, they are still only half complete. And to be half is to suffer. There is only one true happiness in life, and it arises from becoming whole. The man and the woman within you must fall in love and disappear into one another.” Osho
  • Exploring the relationship between the masculine and feminine energies within you, and how they express themselves in your life and relationships on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
  • The integration of these two polarities is known as the Inner Marriage or the Alchemical Wedding. The masculine and feminine energies are symbolised by the god Shiva (Consciousness) and the goddess Shakti (Energy), the universal lovers whose sacred embrace gives birth to all creation. This is the path of integrating the polarities.
  • Anima and Animus. Exploring my masculinity and femininity and how I project them onto my lovers and relationships. This principle of integrating opposites is of fundamental importance on the Tantric path. Through integration, conflict comes to an end. Jung referred to the integration of the shadow as the “beginner’s work” and the integration of the masculine and feminine as the “masterwork.” It is the mystical union, the bridge to the Self, and one of the most profound pathways for connecting with the deepest dimensions of our Being.
“Sex, as it is commonly lived, is not orgasmic. Ejaculation is not orgasmic. Excitement is often more of a contraction that ends in release than a truly orgasmic state. Orgasm is the participation of the whole being: mind, body, and soul, all together. You vibrate, your entire being vibrates, from your feet to your head. You stop controlling. Existence has taken hold of you, and you no longer know who you are. It is like madness, like a dream, like meditation, like death.” Osho To live filled with energy flowing freely through a relaxed and resilient body is fullness. In this module, you will learn how to open a much wider spectrum of energetic possibilities within yourself. You will come to understand your energetic habits and learn how to gather and expand your vital energy towards health, happiness, and creativity, unlocking the full potential of who you are.
  • Exploring the formula of orgasm: understanding orgasm, pulsation, vibration, and energetic waves. The energetic phenomenon of charge and release.
  • Energetic habits: expansion, contraction, compression, and diffusion.
  • Your relationship with pleasure: how much energy can your body hold without creating tension?
  • Orgasm is not the same as ejaculation: the difference between having orgasms and being orgasmic.
  • The lover within: awakening sensuality, self-pleasure, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
We will bring a loving and conscious awareness to all the judgements and beliefs that weigh upon our body as the temple of the soul. Together, we will consciously move through the different stages of awakening sexual and sensual energy that naturally emerge throughout life, reclaiming an intelligent, innocent, and respectful relationship with this vital force.
  • We will create new memories of joy and self-acceptance in relation to our body and its sensations, learning gradually to observe, support, and expand vital energy throughout the whole body. This is not only for pleasure, but also as a way of discovering how to open yourself to your full energetic and creative potential.
  • We will reclaim our natural capacity for playfulness, spontaneity, and ease.
  • We will become aware of, and gently release, the burden of shame and guilt carried by body and spirit, emotions that have often deprived us of the joy of inhabiting this precious body.
  • You will begin to experience your body as a living ocean of endless waves, as the very dance of life itself. This deepens intimacy with yourself, the essential foundation for authentic connection, acceptance, and union with a beloved partner and with life itself.
“Conscious Touch is deeply needed in today’s world because love has disappeared. There was a time when a simple caress between lovers was enough. A mother would touch her child, play with their body, and it was massage. A husband would play with his wife’s body, and it was massage. It was enough, more than enough. It was deep relaxation and an expression of love. But this has disappeared from the world. Little by little, we have forgotten where to touch, how to touch, and how deeply to touch. In fact, touch is one of the most forgotten languages. We almost feel uncomfortable with it because the very word has been corrupted by so-called religious people. They have given it a sexual meaning. The word has become sexualised, and people have become afraid of touch. Massage has become synonymous with sexual contact. In truth, touch and massage are not inherently sexual. They are functions of love. So pray. When you touch another person’s body, pray… as if God Himself were there and you were simply serving Him. Let your energy flow totally. And when you see the body flowing and the energy creating a new pattern of harmony, you will feel a joy unlike anything you have known before. You will fall into deep meditation. Be in your fingers and your hands, as if your entire being, your whole soul, were there. Let it not be merely a physical touch. Let your whole soul enter the body of the other, penetrating its deepest complexities and bringing relaxation. And make it a play. Do not make it a task. Make it a celebration, something joyful. Laugh, and allow the other person to laugh as well. This is profoundly healing!” Osho

“The focus of Tantra is a different kind of orgasm. If we call the first type the ‘peak orgasm,’ then the Tantric orgasm could be called the ‘valley orgasm.’ In it, you are not reaching the peak of excitement, but the deepest valley of relaxation. Lovers can relax into a loving embrace. This deep embrace can continue for hours without ejaculation, and you may even fall asleep together in profound union. This is the valley orgasm. Both are relaxed and meet each other as relaxed beings. In ordinary sexual orgasm, two people come together in a state of excitement: tense, charged, seeking release. The Tantric orgasm is a deep and relaxing meditation. Then the question of how often one should engage in sex no longer arises. You may do so as often as you wish, because no energy is lost. On the contrary, energy is gained.” Osho Some aspects of this module are inspired by the teachings of Barry Long.

My search led me to Tantra at the age of 18. While studying Philosophy and Oriental Studies, I came across a book by the mystic Osho and left everything behind to be close to the teacher who taught me how to die, and yet remain blissfully alive, fully enjoying life in all its expressions. Beyond his talks, I had the opportunity to spend eight years participating in Tantra and therapy groups where the work was entirely experiential, allowing knowledge to be integrated at a physical, emotional, and mental level, all of it crowned by meditation. Gestalt therapy, bioenergetics, breathwork, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, Tantra, meditations from various mystical traditions, Jungian work, sexual therapy, and many other approaches became part of my training. Through them, I learned how to create and hold the space I now wish to share: the complete presence of the mind in the here and now, the relaxation of the heart, and a deep trust in what is.
