Tantra for couples · In-person intensive
A retreat for couples
We come together to love each other in the present moment.
Led by Astiko · With the collaboration of Jordi Gatell
Practices exclusively with your own partner
Does this feel familiar?
A space to pause, step away from everyday routines for a few days and see each other anew.
To rediscover presence, intimacy, playfulness, listening and the place within us from which we once chose to walk together.
Over time, living together, responsibilities, children, work and everyday challenges can begin to take up the space that once belonged to connection.
Sometimes we still love each other,
but we stop truly meeting.
You talk about what needs to be done, but miss being able to pause, look at each other and give each other your undivided attention.
You would like to come closer without rushing, without pressure to perform and without the encounter having to lead anywhere in particular.
You want to listen to each other more honestly, express what you feel and explore a different way of experiencing intimacy together.
Returning to the present
We are not looking for a perfect relationship.
We are seeking to be present with what is.
The Tantric perspective
A relationship can become one of the deepest spaces for growth and awareness.
The other mirrors us. Challenges us. Opens us.
When we stop trying to change our partner and begin to listen to and observe what is happening within us, the relationship can become a path of self-discovery.
Through Tantra, we explore the possibility of meeting from a more authentic place, where body, heart and awareness can all be present.
The other is not there to complete us.
They are also there to show us ourselves.
Sexuality, presence and life energy
In Tantra, sexuality is understood as more than just a sexual act.
An energy that can become presence, sensitivity, creativity, intimacy and meditation.
During these days, we will explore how to return to the body, deepen our capacity to feel and connect more consciously with our partner.
What we will explore
There will be time to look at each other, express ourselves, feel, play, rest and meet in ways that go beyond our familiar patterns.
Returning to the body and making space for what is happening now.
Exploring the body, playfulness and other ways of meeting.
Expressing what we feel and opening a space to listen to each other.
Attending to our own experience and that of our partner.
Deepening our capacity to feel and be present.
Exploring sensitivity and intimacy with our own partner.

Intimacy and respect
A shared space in which your intimacy remains yours. Each encounter unfolds with respect and care for each person’s process.
All practices take place with your own partner.
You can preserve your privacy in whatever way feels right for you.
The approach honours both your individual process and your relationship.
Who is this retreat for?
You do not need to be going through a crisis.
For couples who wish to give themselves the gift of time together.
You may come because you want to deepen your relationship, reclaim spaces that have gradually been lost, explore your intimacy, improve your communication or simply enjoy being together again.
It can also be a space to look honestly at where your relationship stands today.
How we support you
No two retreats are the same, because no two couples are the same.
Astiko does not approach this work through a rigid programme. Every group is different, and each couple arrives at a different point in their journey.
So, while there is a structure and a direction, the practices adapt to what is alive in the group and to the needs that arise during the retreat.
