This course aims to tear away the veils of collective conditioning about you as a woman so you can remember and rest in the heart’s transformative nature, the dwelling of the sacred feminine. How to make this transit, this incarnation, a precious celebration. How to honor birth and death, how to create rites of passage, how to initiate ourselves and our surroundings with our emanation of love, how to understand the love that sets boundaries, that tears, that elevates, that binds and frees at the same time.

We will practice meditations from several mystical currents that are feminine in nature, from initiatory Egyptian, Sufi, and tantric schools.

My search led me to tantra at the age of 18 when, while studying philosophy and oriental studies, I came across a book by the mystic Osho and left everything behind to be close to that master who taught me how to die, yet still be blissfully alive, enjoying life in all its expressions.
In addition to her talks, I had the opportunity to participate for eight years in therapy and tantra groups where the work was purely experimental and the knowledge was integrated on a physical, emotional, and mental level, all crowned by meditation. Gestalt, bioenergetics, breathwork, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, tantra, meditations from multiple mystical currents, Jungian work, sex therapy, etc. were all techniques I learned to create the space I want to share: the absolute presence of the mind in the here and now, the relaxation of the heart, and trust in what Is.
