TANTRA CLASS FOR COUPLES with AD BARSHAY & PATRICIA

The proposal of tantra for couples is to offer the opportunity to experience sexual and emotional intimacy consciously, in a way in which the attention is no longer in the making and the goal, instead it travels inward, toward the feeling of the body allowing it to become more and more aware of what it perceives in the present moment and in union with the other.

Rather than having sex, we merge with the sexual nature and flow with it consciously into the heart!
It also provides tools for recognising the feelings and emotions aroused in intimacy and for communicating them with responsibility, honesty, vulnerability and presence, both in the body and the heart.

A relationship is a profound opportunity to grow in love and consciousness!

In these clases, each couple will have their own space to explore the nature of their relationship, review old patterns and rekindle respect, in other words, the ability to relate to the other in the present always in a new way.

We work with multiple tools to bring awareness, to awaken life energy and its journey through the nervous system and to understand the male/female polarity within an intimate relationship.

PATRICIA GAMBOA

The couple has always been a giant yearning for me…I remember discovering myself in every moment of love and grief.

It has become one of my main growth paths. This was for me the reason to go into Tantra in 2011. Exploring what happens to me in privacy, I went diving until I found codependence, which complemented very well with my foundations, yoga, meditation…

All this, to my surprise, deflected the arrow of my attention from the couple and I went deeper and deeper into myself. It gave me access to hear more and more clearly the truth of my body and to follow its whispers. This has been an incredible source of infinite joy that has only just begun. My partner has become a beautiful observer of how I unfold myself. And see how our souls dare to investigate and flourish…. Each day makes me feel a deeper gratitude.
