Very often our conditionings and fears prevent us from bringing full awareness to the sense of touch and from exploring the body with serenity, limiting our sexual and loving expression to erogenous zones, overusing them and desensitizing them.\nThis workshop is designed to bring awareness to touch, to learn to feel and transmit through the hands the sensuality, vitality, and joy that a relaxed and loved body can feel.\n
Just as a musician learns a technique and practices it to transmit a musical landscape through an instrument, a painter learns about colors and forms to express their creation, and a cook learns to combine spices and ingredients to delight the palate, a lover can learn to sensitize their body and their hands, and to know how our body responds to touch in order to evoke sensations of relaxation, pleasure, and trust.\nMassage from the Tantric perspective is not necessarily a massage of the genitals.
It is an ancestral practice that allows you to recognize the whole body as an incarnation of Being, to integrate each part by understanding and feeling its beauty and intrinsic function, to learn how to use your hands for delight, and to learn how to circulate energy through the body, entering its mystery with reverence and tenderness, opening it to new dimensions.\nWhat we will practice in this workshop is the essence of tantric massage: meditative, breathing touch, where the one who touches disappears to allow themselves to be penetrated by life itself, delighting consciously without goal and without time.\nWe will work with tantric meditations, exercises to feel the vibratory body and vital energy, to open the heart and free ourselves from layers of shame and fear.
