TANTRA FOR COUPLES

TANTRA FOR COUPLES

According to the science of tantra and the secret teachings of the Tao you can find your inner man and your inner woman inside you, in the centre of your brain, in the connection between the hemispheres. When the polarities meet inside of you, feminine and masculine, light and darkness, intuition and reason, heaven and earth, you have come home, Shiva melts with Shakti, you become bliss.

In our relationships we project our unconscious male and female aspects onto our partner and expect them to become the screen for our unrecognized internal attributes, positive or negative. In this way after failing in several relationships one resigns and falls asleep or turns the arrow inward and looks within. This is the moment when the Shakti identified with the ego, asks herself who am I and starts searching for inner truth, for consciousness, for Shiva.

If a couple can understand that their relationship goes beyond filling romantic expectations, having children, ensuring a sexual life and making sure you are not confronted with your aloneness, they can live their relationship as a way to wake up to themselves, to love, to acceptance, compassion and bliss. This path of intimacy with the other, is a very courageous way that confronts you with all your fears, insecurities, emotions and forgotten corners. It challenges you constantly to be true.

We created these workshops for couples that are interested in walking the path proposed by tantra to live their sexuality and intimacy with awareness and meditation. With any course you can to get started and take a unique and precious time to deepen your relationship as you learn through meditations, massages and other techniques offered by this wonderful path. During each course there will be a specific topic on which I intend to focus but in practice I inspire myself by your current needs, as individuals and as a couple.

THE HISTORY OF THE NEELA TANTRIKIS:

“The Tantric lived to find this truth often in couples. About 1600 years ago there was a Tantric sect, called Neela Tantrikis. They were couples living in a very special way. A man and a woman living together within a single robe that served as their clothing. Inside the robe that covered them both, they were naked. The robe was blue (neela) like the sky. They chose that colour because it is the colour of the vibration around two lovers, in deep love during sexual union. They went on their pilgrimage together, walked, ate, slept, made love, shared their teachings always together within the robe. What a courageous Path! Recreating the universe in a robe. The duality that generates life, Yin Yang, logic, intuition, love, presence, man, woman. Thus creating a circuit of constant exchange of male female polarities. A field of transformative energy. They practiced tantric meditations and circulation of energy. The friction between them was a constant challenge to bring awareness to the body, emotions, etc. The benefit for one is for both, because they are one. The differences were different ways of seeing the same reality. They had to learn everything about surrender to each other, relaxation and acceptance. Is a great way of exploration, a living meditation, a path towards Mahamudra!”

ASTIKO:

My search leads me to tantra at the age of 18. I was studying Philosophy and Orientalism when I found a book of the mystic Osho and left everything to be close to that master. He taught me to die and live with utter totality at the same time, celebrating life in all its expressions. In addition to his lectures, I had the opportunity to participate over 8 years in therapy and Tantra groups, where the work was purely experiential, integrating the physical, emotional and mental aspects, all guided through meditation and towards meditation. Gestalt, bioenergetics, breathing, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, tantra, meditation from multiple mystical streams, Jungian work, sex therapy, etc. were techniques that I learnt to create the space I want to share: The absolute presence of mind in the here and now, the relaxation of the heart and the trust on what Is.
